Payment Conditions
All Rates are subject to availability at time of Reservation and subject to the Rate of exchange.
All Rates are calculated in Namibian Dollar, thus Euro Price will be subject to Exchange Rate as per out Local Bank.
40% Deposit in order to confirm the Booking, final payment 60 Days prior to arrival
Full immediate payment required if booked 4 Months or less before arrival.
Cancellation Fees of Tour Total
Cancellation must be reported to the local agency via email. The cancellation fees depend on the time of cancellation: - More than 45 days before the start of the trip: 15% of the travel amount
- Between 45 and 30 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the travel amount
- Between 30 and 21 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the travel amount
- Between 21 and 14 days before the start of the trip: 75% of the travel amount
- Between 14 and 1 days before the start of the trip and after the start of the trip: 100% of the travel amount
PLEASE NOTE REFUNDABLE AMOUNT WILL BE CALCULATED IN NAMIBIAN DOLLAR, THUS EURO PRICE SUBJECT TO RATE OF EXCHANGE AT TIME OF REFUND.
