We are registered with Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA), Association of Zimbabwe Travel Agencies (AZTA) and the Association of Southern African Travel Agencies (ASATA). We are also registered with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Zimbabwe and South Africa. In addition we are in the process of acquiring ISO 900 I of 2015 certification which is a globally recognized standard that enhance efficiency, productivity and quality services according to our policies and procedures.

- Prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of booking
- Group discounts (fox pax over 10 people) may apply
- All land arrangements start with airport transfers.
- Meet and assist can be arranged upon request
- All packages need to be fully paid for at least 1 month before date of arrival
- Any special dietary requirements , medications etc need to be disclosed at least 1 month prior to arrival
- In the event of any natural disasters, pandemics etc, Force Majeure clause will apply based on our service providers
- Flights and visa costs are excluded from the tour packages
- Elgrass Travel is a DMC Tour operator for Zimbabwe and other destinations within the region
