- Any and all itineraries created by Desert Africa Safaris will remain a proposal only until the requested confirmation deposit has been received.
- Desert Africa Safaris reserves the right to increase prices under unforeseen circumstances. e.g. drastic increases in fuel levies
- Desert Africa Safaris reserves the right to substitute the establishments with other similar priced establishments based on availability. Prices might change accordingly.
- Prices include VAT and Tourism Levies where applicable.
- Cancellations have to be done in writing. No cancellation will be effective without acknowledgement from Desert Africa Safaris.
- Upon acceptance of a proposal, the client will receive an agreement with the full company terms and conditions.
