Morocco Luxury Highlights Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Cancellation
Reservation and Payment
Standard Reservations (more than 30 days before departure): For any reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total trip amount must be paid at the time of reservation confirmation. The remaining balance (50%) must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.
Last-Minute Reservations (30 days or less before departure): For reservations made 30 days or less before the departure date, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation by the Client: Any cancellation request must be sent to the agency in writing. The following conditions apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: The 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip amount will be retained.
Modification by the Client: Any request to modify the reservation (dates, destination, etc.) is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellation due to Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances (events beyond the control of both parties, such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the agency will provide a voucher equivalent to the amount already paid by the client. This voucher will be valid for a future trip organized by the agency, under the conditions specified at the time of issuance.
Agency's Responsibility
The agency commits to providing the services described in the travel offer and to assist the client as needed during the trip. However, the agency cannot be held responsible for changes or cancellations of services resulting from force majeure or decisions made by local authorities or service providers.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that clients take out travel insurance covering cancellations, travel interruptions, and medical emergencies.
Acceptance of Conditions
The client's confirmation of the reservation implies their full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation.
