I am "Charry" blessed with wanderlust in my soul.
I was born, raised, and lived most of my life in South Africa. For most of my informative years my father would take us adventuring all over Southern Africa.
Back in 2009 it was time to venture further and my husband and I spent 2 years exploring Africa in a four wheel drive vehicle sleeping in a rooftop tent.
We drove 37,000 km's (22,990.73 miles) through diverse habitats. We fell in love with everyone of the 15 countries we visited and traversed through swamps, savannas & rain forests. We crossed rivers and lakes, saw waterfalls, mountains and visited both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
We encountered more wildlife living in their natural habitat than we could have ever have imagined.
We met wonderful people from numerous cultures and learnt so much about the diversity of Africa.
On our return to South Africa, I knew I had to share this incredible continent with the rest of the world. In 2011 I started creating Tailormade Itineraries and Packages for people from all over the world, introducing them to this magical continent.
