Booking Procedure

1. All reservations made shall be subject to the cancellation policy provided for in terms of clause 2 once the Agent has asked GREEN SAFARIS to confirm the booking.
2. The Agent shall be responsible for informing GREEN SAFARIS of the confirmations, amendment, reduction or cancellations of rooms in all reservations which have been made, in writing, by e-mail. The onus of proof of delivery of this written information will be on the Agent.
3. Provisional bookings will be held as follows:
   1. 91 + days prior to arrival - 14 days
   2. 90 – 61 days prior to arrival - 7 days
   3. 60 days or less prior to arrival - 48 hours

Cancellation Policy

On cancellation of a confirmed reservation, GREEN SAFARIS shall be entitled to the payment of the following cancellation fees, which payment shall be made by the Agent as follows:

1. In the event of any reservation being cancelled after GREEN SAFARIS has issued a confirmation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
   1. Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival - Loss of deposit, 20% of total accommodation revenue
   2. Cancellation 30-59 days prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation revenue
   3. Cancellation Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of total accommodation revenue

However, we at Green Safaris fully understand that sometimes life happens, and we are delighted to offer guests the opportunity to postpone their booking for up to 12 months from arrival date provided that this falls into the same season. New rates will apply if rebooked in the new year and a different season. Clients may postpone once only. To postpone a booking, we will ask you to increase your deposit from 20% to 50% at the time of postponing unless 50% has already been received.

GREEN SAFARIS reserve the right to apply the following policy for any reduction in the number of rooms pertaining to a group booking [groups being5+ rooms]:

1. 3rd party bookings T&Cs apply
2. Should an agent wish to transfer an existing booking to another agent, GREEN SAFARIS must be notified in writing.

Payment Policy

1. All STO rates quoted by GREEN SAFARIS are net and non-commissionable and payment of invoices must be made net of any financial transaction charges, unless otherwise stipulated by GREEN SAFARIS.
2. Subject to the provisions of clause 1.3, reservations held by GREEN SAFARIS, where no deposit has been paid or guarantee has been given, will be cancelled by GREEN SAFARIS on notice to the Agent.
3. Unless prior arrangements have been made with GREEN SAFARIS, the Agent will at all times be liable for final payment of bookings, which will be due as follows:
   1. To confirm a booking: 20% of total reservation value, non-refundable
   2. 45 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total reservation value
4. The Agent shall be solely responsible for the payment to GREEN SAFARIS of all amounts due in terms of bookings made in terms of clause 3.3, which payment shall be made within 10 (ten) days of the date of confirmation of the relevant booking.
