Lux African Safaris and Tours Terms and Conditions
Rates are:
- Subject to accommodation & rate availability
- Quoted and invoiced in US dollar ($)
- Half Board - Breakfast and Dinner included.
- Full Board - All meals included.
- Full Board rates at Siringit Camps are inclusive of accommodation, all meals and local beverages, laundry services, Wi-Fi, tourism levy of 1% and VAT.
- Game Package rates at Siringit Camps are inclusive of accommodation, all meals and local beverages, laundry services, Wi-Fi, tourism levy of 1% and VAT, return transfers to the closest airstrip and shared use of a 4x4 safari vehicle.
- All rates are exclusive of Camping Fee (CF) and Park Entry Fee (PEF), French Champagne, premium wines & spirits, flights, visas, travel insurance, and gratuities. Additional charges to be settled direct.
Camping Fee & Park Entry Fee: SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE
- Camping Fee (CF): Visitors to the Serengeti National Park are required to pay for Camping Fees, see final page for camping fees
- Park Entry Fee (PEF): Visitors to the Serengeti National Park are required to pay

Bookings and Payment Policy:
- Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservations within 7 days of issue.
- Bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 30 working days
- Bookings made 60 - 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 7 working days
- Non-account Holders: Full payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival / Voucher required as guarantee.
Cancellation Policy:
- Only written cancellations will be accepted. An acknowledgement of the cancellation will be sent from the reservations department
- 100% of fee if cancelled less then 45 days prior to arrival.
