Founders Charlotte Bond & David Cartwright both came to the industry from an environmental background, and this ethos has always shaped the direction the company has taken. Originally from the UK, David & Charlotte met in Namibia in 1997, then travelled and worked extensively in the region before settling down in Windhoek in 2002. They run the company in conjunction with their well-travelled and professional team.
