Child policy: Children of all ages welcome, children under 16 yrs must share with an adult 16 yrs or older Up to 1 additional child under 16 yrs can be accommodated (subject to availability of extra beds) Additional children between 6 and 15 yrs are charged 25% of Island suite room rate No charge for additional children 5 yrs and younger.

 

Ultra X Travels Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Ultra X Travel to book your travel arrangements. Here are the standard terms and conditions that apply to all our clients:

1. Payment: Payment for your travel arrangements must be made in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise in writing.

2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your travel arrangements, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, and these will be outlined in the terms and conditions of your booking.

3. Changes: If you need to make changes to your travel arrangements, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to additional fees and any costs incurred will be passed on to you.

4. Passports and visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your travel. We can provide advice, but we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect documentation.

5. Travel insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your trip, including cover for medical expenses, cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Health and safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to travel and that you take all necessary health and safety precautions for your trip.

7. Liability: We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your travel, except where it is caused by our negligence or breach of contract.

8. Complaints: If you have any complaints during your travel, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

9. The price that is provided to the client is determined by fares, hotel prices, land costs, and other relevant costs that are applicable at the time of the company's quote. If there are any increases in any of these costs before the documents are issued, the client will be responsible for covering the additional costs. Additionally, any price increases due to fluctuations in exchange rates will also be the responsibility of the client and will need to be paid upon request by the company.

10. Travelers may need to change travel dates from time to time. Usually, you can directly change travel dates by contacting the respective airlines that you have booked with. However, there may be certain dates that can only be changed through Ultra X Travel. Please note that the availability of seats and the fees associated with changing travel dates are subject to the policies and fare rules of the specific airlines involved. If you have a specific itinerary in mind and would like to learn more about the relevant policies, you can request advice and guidance from Ultra X Travel. We also offer additional services to assist travelers in making date changes. However, please keep in mind that there will be an additional charge for these services, which is separate from the date change fees charged by the carrier. Therefore, travelers should inquire with us about the specific charges associated with the services provided. It is also important to understand that some airlines may not allow date changes. If this is the case, travelers will need to submit their ticket for a refund and purchase a new ticket for the revised travel dates. So, it is always advisable to check with the airlines about their policies and fare rules regarding date changes before booking your flight tickets travel dates.

11. Please take note that Ultra X Travel, as a travel agency, is not liable for reconfirming flights or informing travelers of any schedule changes made by the airline after the tickets have been issued. Most countries have standard airline rules that require international flights to be reconfirmed with the respective airlines at least 72 hours before departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservations by the airline(s). It is advised that travelers contact each airline directly via phone or at a ticket office in the city at least three days before their flight to confirm and check for any schedule changes. Even if the airline claims that reconfirmation is not necessary, we recommend that travelers still do so. In case of an airline’s default, cessation of service on a ticketed route, or schedule change, Ultra X Travel takes no responsibility. We highly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance that covers the airline default. Additionally, the Company is not responsible for any default, cessation of service, or schedule change by any third party, including suppliers. Travel insurance that covers this default is also highly recommended.

11. The Company Ultra X Travel will try to confirm the booking status in writing whenever possible. However, failure to do so will not nullify the validity and conditions of the booking or be considered an act of negligence on the Company's part. If there is an unscheduled extension to the booking due to reasons beyond the Company's control, such as flight delay, bad weather, strike, or any other cause, the expenses related to these unscheduled extensions (hotel accommodation, etc.) will be borne by the Client. If a booking or amendments to a booking are received within 7 (seven) working days before the departure date, it may be subject to a penalty fee to cover communication and other expenses involved. Unless full payment is due at the time of making the booking, all bookings must be accompanied by the requested deposit or guarantee. The Company has the right to cancel any booking without prejudice in case full payment, a deposit, or part thereof is not received.

12. Some destinations may require a departure tax payable in cash upon departure, and the tax is not included in the prices quoted.

13. Refunds Policy The Company cannot issue any refunds until it has received funds from the relevant Suppliers. In the event of a refund, the Company will charge a 10% administration fee based on the value of the ticket submitted for refund or the amount of the refund claimed, whichever is higher. This administration fee is in addition to any cancellation fee charged by the Suppliers. The Suppliers' refund policies are subject to their terms and conditions, which the Client is responsible for reviewing. As an intermediary, the Company can only assist in processing and following up on the Client's refund. The Company and its employees do not guarantee a refund unless it is provided in writing by the Suppliers.

14. I acknowledge and understand that there may be certain risks and dangers associated with the booking that I will participate in through Ultra X Travel, its agents, associates, affiliated companies, or subcontractors. These risks include but are not limited to, travelling in unsafe or politically unstable areas, civil unrest and war, natural disasters, and the negligent or reckless acts or omissions of the Company's affiliated companies, airlines, and other third parties or subcontractors. As part of my payment for participating in this travel itinerary, I expressly assume all of these risks. This agreement serves as a release and assumption of risk for myself, my heirs, assignees, administrators, executors, and all members of my family, including any minors who may be accompanying me. I fully understand the provisions and legal consequences of this Release and Assumption of Risk, and I agree to all its conditions, including the portion that releases the Company and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, and subcontractors from liability for the negligent or reckless acts or omissions of the Company's affiliated companies, airlines, and subcontractors to the extent permitted by law. I take full responsibility for notifying all other persons on whose behalf the booking has been made of the contents of this agreement, and I indemnify the Company against any claims made by any or all other travelers.
