Kibo Guides was founded to encourage a new way of travel into the remote regions of Tanzania. We love nature and enjoy liberty. With this in mind we offer you the chance to explore the natural environment, wildlife and cultural activities of our beautiful country.
Tanzania is one of the least-known countries in the world, as well as one of the least explored. It is a country open to imagination, with so much to discover: national parks, open savannahs, volcanoes, salt plains, 1000 year old forest, lakes and rivers.
At the same time, Tanzania offers a journey through the history of human evolution, as the cultures that originated here thousands of years ago have maintained their customs to this day.
Kibo Guides is a family-owned company. We have grown as we go. In more than 30 years ago with one safari vehicle doing back to back tours. Now we cater for more than 10 different nationalities, our professional guides speak a variety of languages and we own a fleet of more than 85 safari vehicles.
In Kibo Guides we cater schedule safaris for small groups and for individuals 'a la Carte'. All with the same attention to detail in creating a unique adventure trip. We have the experience and the knowledge to organize extraordinary safaris, with spirit of adventure and special attention to security.

Terms and Conditions BASIC TERMS Rates are valid from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025.
Are ONLY quoted in US$ & Include VAT, are inclusive of Government Taxes, net and non-commissionable Full Board basis includes Dinner, Bed, Breakfast & Lunch Rates will not be modified once payment has been settled. BOOKINGS Bookings need to be done to Kibo Sales Team.
PAYMENTS Invoice will be raised after all services have been confirmed. We require payment 30 days before arrival, otherwise we cannot guarantee any of our services.
Please email copy of SWIFT transfer as proof of payment to paul@kiboguides.com, indicating in the payment the group name and the date of travel. Extras are to be settled in full before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY & RELEASE PERIODS The following will apply for any amendment, cancellation or reduction in numbers rooms or pax of any booking 90-45 Days Before schedule date of arrival: 20% cancellation fee of the per person rate 44-to day of arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the per room rate.
