BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% of the tour price is due on booking the tour to secure confirmation. Final payment must reach us 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be accompanied by full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any tour, if payment is not received within the specified time.
All prices and rates quoted in Rand, unless otherwise specifically agreed. Payment in foreign currency will be accepted at the rate of exchange applied by the bankers of Zulwini Tours and Safaris at the time of receipt of payment. Any shortfall from exchange rate fluctuations will be for the account of the client
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations shall only be valid if received by Zulwini Tours and Safaris in writing and shall be effective on the day of receipt in our office. The following cancellation charges apply:
30 to 16 days before departure – 50%
15 days or less before departure the full fare.
