Itinerary Terms and Conditions
- 20% down payment upon booking.
- Balance has to be in our account 45 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation fees (not valid for flights):
- Will be informed upon booking, once you have chosen your hotels.
- Flights are to be paid 100% upon booking! Any payment for flight is non refundable in case of cancellation.
- There is a 21% VAT (tax) on the rates of Four Seasons in Buenos Aires. There is also a government waiver for this tax, valid for international tourists. By booking payment we must receive a list with names, passports numbers and nationalities, so hotel can apply us this waiver! We will also need that passengers show their passport by check-in showing immigration stamp.

This proposal is valid by February 15, 2021! A non refundable deposit will be required so we can confirm booking for hotel rooms and services. You willl be informed upon conditions - that vary from hotel to hotel - once you have defined hotels. Usually we work with 20% deposit once aproval of project. Balance 35 days beore arrival. As mentioned this may change according to the policies of the chosen hotels.
All specific Conditions, as well as Deadlines will be informed on your invoice, upon booking!
