My name is Gail Hughes, and I specialize in tailor-made African Safaris, drawing from over 20 years of experience in the travel industry and extensive travels throughout Africa.

 

Having visited destinations such as Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, and South Africa, I know how to find the perfect safari experience for each client.

 

Additionally, I am equipped to book travel to any destination worldwide in a timely manner.

 

With a passion for helping people find their ultimate travel destination, I understand the challenges of finding the right spot that caters to the whole family while providing a diverse range of activities and cultural experiences. Important Information

The name(s) on this itinerary must be identical to your full name in your passport. Please check the spelling and advise immediately if this is not the case.

CHECK-IN: At the International Terminal three hours prior to departure.

VISA: Please ensure you have the correct and necessary visas to enter the country that you are travelling to.

SEATING: Any seat allocations shown on this itinerary are subject to change and may incur additional charges.

HEALTH: Consult your GP for health information about your destination.

INSURANCE: It is available through our office and recommended for all travel.

TAXES: Many Overseas departure taxes are pre−paid, however, some may be payable locally.

BAGGAGE: Refer to your E−ticket for checked baggage allowances. Alternatively, refer to the airline's website for full information.

Passports & Visas

PASSPORT Airline regulations require international travel bookings and tickets to be the same as the full name on your passport and a copy of your current passport is required before booking. If the passenger name is incorrectly advised to Travel Managers you will be responsible for any amendments fees charged by the tour, cruise, land or air operator. A valid passport is required to travel internationally and must have at least 6 months validity beyond the dates of your visit. If you are travelling on a passport other than an Australian passport, please advise our office immediately as there are special requirements we will need to discuss. Some countries also require that you have a minimum of 2 free facing pages in your passport.

VISA It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas for entry into the country you are travelling to. Re-entry visas will/may be required for travellers leaving Australia holding a foreign passport. It is your responsibility to check if your re-entry visa is current. I can only provide you with general information on visa’s and passports. I can assist you in obtaining visa’s through an external service provider, fees will apply. Deposit & Amendments

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE from the time of payment and should be protected with Travel Insurance.

AMENDMENTS: After deposits have been received, amendments to your booking will incur a fee of $50.00 in addition to any fees charged by the supplier.

Payment Option

The amount on your invoice is cash price only. TravelManagers preferred payment method is via credit card.* There are a number of reasons for this, which include the following: TravelManagers operates a fully funded client account for your protection, more details can be found here. Payment via credit card is instant and allows us to ensure airline ticketing deadlines and other travel arrangements are locked in at the prices quoted to you. Payment via credit card is generally more seamless, there is no chance of accidentally using the incorrect bank account details when you are processing payment to TravelManagers bank account. Paying via credit card can provide you with additional protections. A little-known, but significant, the benefit of paying by credit card is that it offers consumers protection from financial loss in the form of a chargeback refund. This covers services or goods that have been paid for but not supplied in the unlikely event that a third-party travel provider becomes insolvent. A credit card payment enables you to request a chargeback refund from your bank. However, you should note that chargeback refunds are subject to time limits and conditions imposed by each individual financial institution.

TravelManagers Australia accepts credit card payments for travel arrangements. Fees will apply when using credit or debit cards.

Your reference number is your booking number on your itinerary and your surname. Please allow 2-3 business days for monies to be processed.

BPay

On this attached confirmation you have an individual BPay Biller Code and payment reference if you wish to transfer from your bank account. Please allow 2-3 business days for monies to be processed.

Pricing and Payment

Please note until paid in full, all costs shown are subject to change with or without notice due to currency fluctuations, airline or tour operator surcharges or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Payments made by Credit Card will incur fees.

Direct deposits can be made into our account at no fee. When making a direct deposit you must enter your surname and booking number and notify your consultant of the payment.

Any changes made by you to your confirmed itinerary may attract an amendment fee and note that cancellation can attract fees of up to 100% of the amount paid.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. 

Final Payment Conditions

If your account is not fully paid, you will need to contact me on the day payment is being made as all charges are now subject to any exchange rate changes/airline taxes. I will re-cost all applicable services at the current exchange rate and issue a new statement of account showing any necessary adjustments.

AIRLINES, CRUISE COMPANIES & WHOLESALERS policy dictates that no extension to final payment date will be offered. If payment is not made by the due date the Cruise Line/ Airline/Hotel/Wholesaler will cancel the reservation and deposits will be held as cancellation fees.

Frequent Flyer Information

If you are a member of an airline frequent flyer program or club, please advise me of at time of booking. Please mention if you are wishing to use points to upgrade as this may determine the type of fare we quote you.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all destinations. Please ask me for a quote for your Travel Insurance. If you have a pre-existing condition please advise us as there may be an additional premium.
