A trained safari guide and accomplished photographer in her own right, Kathryn has spent most of the last twenty years guiding fellow wildlife enthusiasts to Namibia, Botswana and beyond and in more recent times to India and Canada.

We believe that time away exploring the world or spending precious time with loved one is important so compromising is not an option. We tailor make all our itineraries to suit our clients' requirements making each safari special to them.

Your Safari Terms and Conditions
All payments made to us are paid through Protected Trust Services : This is a trust account
which ensures consumers’ monies are held in a secure account administered by independent
trustees.
Protected Trust Services Limited meets all the requirements of the 1992 Package Travel
Regulations and gives total security for all your payments to us.
All payments you make to us are used to make payments to our suppliers for your tour
alone... i.e. it doesn't just go into a big bank account... Monies paid go directly to a client
account in your name and the suppliers are paid from this. All the bookings are covered by
supplier failure insurance so if we have paid deposits and they go out of business then your
money is still protected. So, booking with us is completely safe.

Your quotation is valid for 30 days, and is subject to availability of the quoted services at the time of booking.
Upon confirmation of the booking a 25% deposit is immediately payable
A 25% Interim payment is required on request. ( typically midway between the deposit and the final balance )
The final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.
Large currency fluctuations may necessitate amendments to the final invoice/payment.
