Itinerary Terms and Conditions
5% discount on a seven night stay between the two camps.
Deposit: A deposit of 25% confirms bookings in May/June/July. A deposit of 50% confirms bookings in August/September/October
Payment: For bookings in May/June/July (with a 25% deposit): - Full payment to be received no later than 90 days prior to arrival. Failure to adhere shall entitle us to release the rooms concerned automatically, an advisory email will be sent prior to the final payment deadline.
For bookings in August/September/October (with a 50% deposit): - Full payment to be received no later than 90 days prior to arrival. Failure to adhere shall entitle Shenton Safaris to release the rooms concerned automatically, an advisory email will be sent prior to the final payment deadline.
Cancellation charges: Confirmation - 91 days = 20% accommodation only 90 - 61 days prior to arrival = 50% of full invoice value (excludes park fees & levies) 60 - 31 days prior to arrival = 75% of full invoice value (excludes park fees & levies) 30 - 0 days prior to arrival = 100% of full invoice value.
