- Please note: A wedding certificate not older than 9 months must be presented at check-in
- Quotations/bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
- The rate of exchange is subject to change until full payment is received.
- Resort Fees, Taxes and Levies have been introduced in various destinations around the World. These fees are not included in your quotation or booking and differ per booking. Please be aware that these additional charges may occur and are payable directly to the hotels on either check-in or check out.
- Credit Cards are required upon check-in at most hotels.

- It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all COVID related requirements are met prior to travelling. Where a negative PCR test is required, it is up to each traveller to make the necessary arrangements and cover the costs thereof.
- Due to the volatility of the rand, please be advised that all rates quoted are to serve as a guideline only. Rates are subject to change, without prior notice, according to currency fluctuations, airfares increases and availability, and therefore all rates are only guaranteed once full and final payment is received
- Airfares are guaranteed only if ticketed on the day the quote is given, subject to confirmation and fares are based on a particular booking class subject to availability of seats. Terms and conditions apply as per governing fare rules of the airline.
- On confirmation or/and documents issued, if cancelled at any given time, cancellation charges apply.
- Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months after your return date of travel and that there are at least 3 blank unused pages
- All visas must be obtained prior to departure. Please check the visa requirements for the country of transit and destination for the relevant embassy/consulate based on your passport.
We recommend you take travel insurance as soon as you pay a deposit for your journey. Please speak to us to ensure you are adequately covered including insolvency or we can assist with your insurance needs.
