• Rates are subject to availability and change

• Sharing rate is per person based on two adults sharing

• Payment or agreed deposit is required prior to arrival in order to secure the booking

• Tourism Levy at 1% is excluded

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will only be accepted in writing

• Full payment will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date or during stay

• A 50% cancellation fee is applicable if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival

 Children Policy and Rates

• Children need to be accompanied by at least 1 adult in a room or suite

• Children under the age of 3 stay free, but a surcharge of R 200 per day is applicable for a baby cot or children’s bed

• 50% of the Sharing Rate is applicable for Children under the age of 12

• Maximum of 1 child per room unless otherwise stated

Meals

• Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made

• Daily lunch menu is available from 12:00 until 15:00

• Dinner from our a la Carte Menu is available at our Bistro Style Restaurant  between 18h00 - 20h00. Bookings to de made before 17h00.

Garden Family Suite

• The Garden Family Suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge and 1 bathroom.

• It is sold as a unit for up to 4 persons.

• Should a 5th person wish to stay in the room, a rate of 25% of the unit rate will be charged

The Loft

The Loft is the combination of the Presidential Suite and 2 adjacent Vineyard Rooms on the same floor. This is the perfect set-up for 3 couples or a family of 6.

Luxury Family Suite

• The Family Suite consists of the Honeymoon Suite (No.1) and Deluxe Room (No.13) which are connected through inter-leading doors.

• It is sold as a unit for up to 4 adults or 2 Adults with 3 kids under 12

• Should a 5th adult or child of 12 and older wish to stay in the room, a rate of 25% of the unit rate will be charged

Courtyard Family Suite

• The Courtyard Family Suite consists of the Courtyard Suite (No.15) and Deluxe Room (No.14) which are connected through inter-leading doors.

• It is sold as a unit for up to 4 adults or 2 Adults with 3 kids under 12
