Kenya, Tanzania & Zanzibar

Day 1:
Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi, you will be met airside as you descend the aircraft steps by a dmAFRICA representative who will assist you with fast track immigration, baggage collection and customs formalities, then escorting you to your driver who will transfer you to your hotel, the Ole Sereni. You will be staying overnight at the Ole Sereni Hotel in a deluxe room on a room & breakfast basis.

Day 2:
Your day to recover from jet lag and relax at the Ole Sereni Hotel.

You will be staying at the Ole Sereni Hotel overnight in a deluxe room, on a room & breakfast basis.

Day 3:
After breakfast at the Ole Sereni, you will be driven up the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley; one of the great wonders of the world as seen from this spectacular drive. The Great Rift Valley is populated with an abundance of wildlife, and contains some of the world’s highest concentrations of flamingos, as well as seven beautiful lakes. You will arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park, which is home to over four hundred species of birds as well as waterbuck, buffaloes, Thomson’s gazelle, reedbuck and the occasional leopard. In Lake Nakuru National Park you will experience a game drive, before heading to Lion Hill Lodge for your overnight arrangements.

Day 4:
After breakfast at Lion Hill Lodge, you will experience a day of game activities. All of your meals and overnight arrangements will be at Lion Hill Lodge.

Day 5:
This morning, you will be driven from Lake Nakuru National Park to the world famous Maasai Mara National Park, where you will meet your driver and vehicle from Cottars 1920’s Camp which will take you the rest of the way to Cottars 1920’s Camp with a game drive en route. Your overnight arrangements will be at Cottars 1920’s Camp in a luxury tent.

Day 6:
Today you will embark upon a full day of game activities within the Maasai Mara and surrounding areas. The activities you can enjoy include: guided bush walks, game drives; both day and night and sundowners. Your overnight stay will be at Cottars 1920’s Camp on a full board basis.

Day 7:
After breakfast at Cottars 1920’s Camp, you will be transferred to Keekorok Airstrip for the scheduled flight to Migori Airstrip, the flight departing at 11:30 and arriving into Migori at 12:00 (Luggage allowance is strictly 15 kilograms per person in soft sided bags). From Migori you will be transferred by road to Tarime in Tanzania, where you will complete customs formalities. The road journey taking approximately 1 hour. At Tarime Airport, you will board your flight to Serengeti Lamai Airstrip, departing at 13:50 and arriving at 14:50.
On your arrival at Serengeti Lamai Airstrip, you will be met by a guide and vehicle from Olakira Kimondo Camp, which will transfer you to Olakira Kimondo Camp with a game drive en route for your overnight arrangements in a tented suite.

Day 8 & 9:
After breakfast you will enjoy a full day of game activities within the Northern Serengeti. Your overnight arrangements will be at Olakira Kimondo Camp.

Day 10:
This morning you will have an early morning game drive whilst en route to Serengeti Kogatende Airstrip. From here you will be flying to Lake Manyara Airstrip on the scheduled flight departing at 10:15 and arriving at 11:50. When you arrive at Lake Manyara Airstrip, you will be met by a dmAFRICA vehicle and guide which will take you to the Ngorongoro Crater for a tour around the crater rim, giving you spectacular views over the crater to the floor below. After this tour, your vehicle will transfer you to the Manyara Ranch Conservancy where you will enjoy a night game drive, before staying overnight in a luxury tent on a full board basis.

Day 11:
After breakfast, you will have a full day of game activities in the Lake Manyara National Park before being returned to Manyara Ranch Conservancy for your overnight arrangements.

Day 12:
Once you have finished breakfast, you will be driven to Arusha Airport, via Shanga River House for lunch. From Arusha Airport you will connect to the scheduled flight to Zanzibar International Airport, departing at 14:00 and arriving into Zanzibar at 15:20. Upon your arrival in Zanzibar, you will be have a private transfer to Matemwe Bungalows, for check in and your overnight stay on an all-inclusive basis.

Day 13 & 14:
Your day will be at leisure at the Matemwe Bungalows on an all-inclusive basis.

Day 15:
After breakfast, you will meet with your private transfer to Zanzibar International Airport, where you will connect with your scheduled flight to Dar es Salaam International Airport. On arrival at Dar, you will be met and assisted with the connecting to your international flight back home.
