On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, clear Zimbabwe immigration. Depending on your nationality, and entry visa, obtainable on arrival and currently US$50 to US$70 per single entry. If you are including the Zambia side of Falls in your visit, request a KAZA Univisa, which allows entry into both countries.
You will be met in the arrival hall, by a driver for your private road transfer to Ilala Lodge (or similar). Arrive in the early afternoon, and in time to visit to the actual Falls, which are a 5 minute walk away.

One night Ilala Lodge

After breakfast, you will be collected from the hotel for a scheduled road transfer to Hwange National Park, departing at 8:00am. The first 1 1/2 hours of the drive is in an air conditioned mini van. On arrival at Hwange's Mbala Gate, at 9:30am, you will meet up with a guide from Nehimba. Depart in an open safari vehicle and enjoy game viewing all the way to the camp. Depending on what you see on the drive, travel time is about 2 to 3 hours.
Hwange is famous for congregations of wildlife at sparse water points, called pans. Large elephant herds and many other species very survival, depend on these water points or pans.
Arrive at Nehimba Camp in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
Enjoy three days of intense safari activities from Nehimba. This is elephant country, and during the dry season June to October, you can expect to see large herds around the camp. Prides of lions are also frequently seen.
3 nights Nehimba Camp

After a morning activity from Nehimba, you will be transferred to the airstrip. Connect with a scheduled light air flight to the remote southern region of the vast Hwange National Park. This is a short 20 minute flight.
Arrive at Jozibanini Camp in time for lunch.
Enjoy three days in this remote region. This small tented camp is located in an area with few other people, its the ultimate escape. The waterhole in front of the camp attracts a variety of wildlife, including elephant giraffe and lion.
The rustic tented camp has everything you need, and nothing you don't. Hot showers, good food and an authentic wildlife experience. Enjoy game drives, biking along ancient elephant trails and walking safaris. A visit to the community just outside the national park is also possible.
3 nights at Jozabanini Camp.
After breakfast at Jozabanini you will drive east with your guide to the Ngamo Plains and Bomani Tented Lodge. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon safari activity.
Bomani is located on the edge of the Ngamo Plains, one of Hwange's most prolific wildlife areas. Elephant, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and lions are common. Cheetah are also frequently seen.
Enjoy two nights of safari activities from Bomani, plus a community visit in the local village and school.
2 nights Bomani
During the winter months (June to August), we suggest staying at Camelthorn Lodge, where rooms are warmer at night that the tents at Bomani.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Ngamo siding, where you board the Elephant Express for a train journey along the border of Hwange.
