Day 1: Cape Town

Welcome to Cape Town!

Upon arrival you will be met by a representative and transferred to the Clarendon Bantry Bay Hotel, which will be your base for the next 4 days.

The rest of the day is yours to unpack, unwind and explore at your leisure.


For a relaxed lunch perhaps head to the V&A Waterfront or the Camps Bay Strip.

Day 2: Cape Town

There is plenty to do in Cape Town to suit most interests.

The Bantry Bay Hotel is ideally located for all excursions in and around Cape Town.

Here are a few ideas for your first day in the city.


Popular beaches are Clifton, Camps Bay and Llundudno if you are looking to catch a few rays.

Day 3: Cape Town

Today you may wish to take a helicopter trip which offers a different view of the Cape Peninsula. These trips can last anywhere between 15 minutes and 1 hour, depending on which scenic route you decide to take.

Full day winelands trip tasting some of the top wines Franschhoek , Paarl and Stellenbosch have to offer.

Day 4: Cape Town

On your last day in Cape Town you may wish to explore the Constantia Winelands. The Constantia Valley's nine wine farms located just 20 minutes from the city centre are in fact Cape Town's Vineyard. It is the oldest wine producing region in the southern hemisphere with an uninterrupted history of winemaking since 1685 .

Enjoy a picnic at Eagle's Nest or lunch with breathtaking views at Beau Constantia. Jonkershuis Restaurant at Groot Constantia is a lovely relaxed affair.


Alternatively kick off your day with a hike up Lion's Head and for the adventurous you have the option to paraglide down (weather permitting).


We can also arrange guided hikes up Table Mountain.

Day 5: Pilanesberg National Park

You will depart your hotel for your domestic flight to Sun City. Be ready for your transfer at 08h00 from your hotel to the airport.

Your Cape Town to Sun City flight departs at 10h00 - check in from 08h30.


On arrival you will be personally met by African Route transfer who will drop you at Ivory Tree Game Lodge in time for lunch. After lunch you can check in and get settled before your afternoon game drive.

Day 6: Pilanesberg National Park

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives as well as a host of activities such as drumming, airgun shooting and archery.

Day 7: Pilanesberg National Park

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives as well as a host of activities such as drumming, airgun shooting and archery.

Day 8: Johannesburg

Enjoy your last early morning game drive and brunch before departing by private road transfer around midday, back to Johannesburg for your overnight stay at Capital Empire.

Day 9: Victoria Falls (Zambia)

Today you will be collected at 08h00 for your transfer to OR Tambo where you will board your regional flight from JNB to Livingstone Airport... the start of your Victoria Falls adventure.

On arrival you will be met by your transfer company who will escort you to your hotel. Arrive in exclusive Zambian style, taking in the majestic Victoria Falls on a water taxi journey.


At The Royal Livingstone Zambia you have free access to the Zambian side of the Falls.

Relax and enjoy high tea and scones as you take in the sights and sounds of the mighty Zambezi River.

Day 10: Victoria Falls (Zambia)

Today you will check out of your hotel and be transferred back to LVI Airport for your connecting flight to OR Tambo (Johannesburg).
