Governors’ 4-Night Maasai Mara Safari

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport to be greeted by a Governors’ vehicle. Transfer to Wilson Airport to take a 10am 45-minute flight with Governors’ Aviation, direct to the Governors’ airstrip in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Enjoy a short game drive en-route to the Governor’ Il Moran Camp, followed by an alfresco lunch served against the backdrop of the Maasai Mara. At 3:30pm take a game drive across the Mara plains before returning to camp at sundown. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks around the campfire, a candlelit dinner in the dining tent or around a blazing campfire, before retiring to your comfortable bed in your tent.

Arise early each morning to make the most of your spectacular location. Each day will offer you the option of three game drives within the Mara National Reserve, immersing yourself in this rich wildlife destination. While with us you have the option to take a surreal journey in a Hot Air Balloon over the Maasai Mara plains, culminating in a Champagne breakfast. Or perhaps enjoy a bush walk with our expert guide to experience the Maasai Mara up-close and personal. Another option is visiting a Masaai manyatta to enjoy an immersive cultural experience, or visiting the Mara Rianta Primary school, which is supported by Governors’ Camp. Your day will be punctuated by delicious meals, enjoyed with views over the Mara landscape. Each evening a warm campfire beckons you to a seat under the stars, before the aromas of dinner entice you to your candle-lit table.

Arise at a leisurely time and enjoy breakfast overlooking the Mara plains. Take a short game drive to Musiara airstrip for your Governors’ Aviation flight at 11am back to Nairobi.
