You will be met at the airport and taken to the vehicle depot to pick up your car. Drive to Solitaire.
We will not be in the park for sunrise like most people, because we find that too many people around spoil the experience and also, the afternoon sun creates great light or taking pictures of the dunes, which is at least as good as the Morning light.

Road journey to the Anderson Gate of Etosha National Park, a journey time of about 4 hours via Kamanjab, including a Himba tribe visit on route.
Whilst staying in Etosha National Park, night drives can be booked through the camps and are highly recommend, to get the chance of seeing some nocturnal species as well.
On the way to Okonjima there will be an optional stop (time permitting) at Ombili Foundation - costs about 100 NAD per person. The foundation consists of a community of around 400 San people living on farm, with the aim to improving living conditions for the San people.
