Day 4

South Luangwa National Park

Day notes

Enjoy the full day on photographic safari from Mwamba Camp. Both of the lodges in the Shenton Safaris portfolio are famous for their photographic safaris, and have hosted the biggest names in the wildlife industry. The lodges have been used for photo shoots and film shoots for the likes of National Geographic, the BBC and the Discovery Channel. The lodge offers twice daily photographic safari excursions, either in open 4x4 safari vehicles or on foot, and the Luangwa is the birthplace of the walking safari! These safaris take place during the cooler morning and late afternoon hours. During the heat of the day relax around camp or in one of the specially designed hides, allowing you to get up close to the action.
