BIRDING: HARARE & MASOKA

On arrival at Harare International airport you will be met and greeted by a representative of Travel Portfolio and the birding guide.

A transfer will follow to The Lodge on arrival at the hotel porters will assist with luggage to the rooms.

The rest of the afternoon will be spent at leisure.

Dinner will be on your own arrangements

Overnight at The Lodge

Breakfast will be at the lodge and a transfer with your driver will be done in a 4 x 4 vehicle from Harare to Masoka+/- 6hours

On arrival at the lodge the porters will assist with luggage to the rooms

Lunch will be at the camp

In the afternoon your birding viewing excursion will commence along the Angwa River

Dinner will be back at the camp

Typical day to day itinerary will be as follows:

Breakfast

Morning birding in Masoka

Lunch at camp

Afternoon birding

Dinner at camp

Overnight Masoka Camp

*Please ensure you carry your own drinks to this camp as there is no bar*

Breakfast will be at the camp

Before departure to Harare, there will be a birding excursion with the guide

A lunch stop-over will be made along the way to Harare. +/- 6 hrs 30 minutes

On arrival at The Lodge, porters at the hotel will assist with luggage to the rooms

Dinner will be at leisure on your own account

Breakfast will be at hotel and the rest of the morning will be spent at leisure whilst awaiting the transfer to the Harare International Airport
