This morning you check-in for your flight from Johannesburg to Livingstone, Zambia - a flight of around 2 hours.
On arrival, after purchasing your visa, you are met and transferred to Tongabezi Lodge.
There are a number of activities available at the Falls which are included in the tariff:
•A walking tour of the Falls;
•A sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi River;
•A shopping excursion into Livingstone itself. The Zambians are great carvers of wood and there will be some incredible carvings on display;
•A visit to a local village to get an insight into the intricacies of African life.
During your time at the Falls we recommend you book a 30 minute “Flight of Angels” via helicopter over the Falls (at additional cost).

You depart Livingstone by light air transfer to the Selinda Reserve in Botswana. You stop en route at Kasanse to clear customs and immigration.
Activities include early morning and late afternoon/early evening game viewing in open 4×4 vehicles, guided walks and cruising on the Zibadianja Lagoon on “HMS Zib” when water levels permit. The camp has an open-air gym and offers in-room massages.

After an early morning activity and brunch, you fly by light air transfer to the fabled Okavango Delta and Vumbura Plains.
Vumbura is known for its beauty and intimacy as well as the unparalleled variety it offers for a safari experience.
The Vumbura concession offers both land and water activities and has a wonderful variety of habitats and a great diversity of wildlife. The concession offers an enormous traversing area of close on 130,000 acres.
Open 4x4 Land Rovers allow close proximity to animals in the savannah and forested areas. The Vumbura area is possibly the only area in the Okavango where one can see red lechwe (an animal that inhabits the fringes of the waterways) and sable antelope (an animal that enjoys the dry countryside) on the same game drive.

You depart Vumbura by light air transfer to the Moremi Game Reserve and to Mombo Camp.
Mombo offers arguably the best big game viewing in Botswana, with prolific concentrations of general game such as giraffe, zebra, kudu, elephant and buffalo. Abundant predator sightings include lion, leopard and spotted hyena.
Activities consist of twice daily game drives in open 4x4 vehicles.

This morning you bid farewell to safari life.
You depart Mombo and fly by light air transfer to Maun where you clear customs and immigration and connect with your flight to Johannesburg.
