Olive Grove is a small upmarket accommodation establishment situated close to the city centre in a quiet, peaceful area. The guesthouse takes homely atmosphere to a different level.
The newly renovated, open-plan kitchen allows guests to see how meals are prepared, while they enjoy a drink in the lounge. The menu was also reinvented and is now fully a la carte, quite unique for a guesthouse. Home-style food is rounded off with great presentation, pushing up the level of the guesthouse dining experience.

Set within the 7,000 acre private nature reserve, DESERT HOMESTEAD OUTPOST welcomes you with a relaxed natural hospitality. Enjoy the endless panoramic view from one of the 12 guest houses or from the main house with its restaurant, lounge and pool terrace, picturesquely situated at the foot of a mountain. In the adjacent plains you can frequently watch some animals, that are roaming in the endless savannah. Guests are invited to make use of different activities offered by the lodge, excursions to Sossusvlei as well as horse safaris and tours through the scenic countryside. The Outpost is located in a private nature reserve, adjacent to the world heritage site ‘Namib Sand Sea'. A half-day guided hike for experienced hikers, the NAMIB MOUNTAIN TRAIL is leading over mountains and through the plain . Starting in the early morning at Desert Homestead Lodge, the walk goes through breathtaking landscape to the Outpost, where a cold drink and the pool are waiting.

Erindi Game Reserve is a jewel in the heart of the wild Namibian landscape. The reserve of 70 000ha is situated 40km east of the town of Omaruru. Old Traders Lodge provides the accommodation at Erindi Private Game Reserve.T his impressive lodge comprises the main dining room and viewing deck as well as 35 well appointed suites that all have views of a water hole. The spacious suites include; comfortable double or twin single beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, in-room safe, satellite TV, hairdryers, fridges and kettles. Erindi falls within the Nama Karoo biome and is arid to semi-arid characterized by scattered low dwarf shrubs interspersed with grasslands.
