Kuzuko, meaning ‘Place of Glory’ in Xhosa, is the only lodge on an exclusive 35,000-acre private reserve in the malaria free Eastern Cape. We specialise in offering immersive, intimate and sustainable wildlife experiences in a stunning and luxurious setting. Kuzuko features 24 luxurious thatched chalets designed in a Karoo chic style and all located to maximise both views and privacy. Each 33m2 chalet consists of an open plan bedroom and living area that can be made up as two twin beds or one super king size bed, a lounge area that leads to your private deck, separate bathroom with a toilet, walk in shower, and a bath with a spectacular view. Additional amenities include a tea and coffee station, a minibar that can be stocked on request, safe, wardrobe, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Five of our chalets are family friendly with a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two children under 12 or one child 13+. Three of our chalets are fully accessible.
