Food is inspired by the traditional dishes of Chiloé and locally sourced produce includes
succulent oysters, farm fresh eggs and, straight from the surrounding waters, the daily catch.
Chiloé’s traditional cuisine includes Curanto, a stew of shellfish, fish, potatoes and meat,cooked on hot stones in the ground. The food served is simple, local and delicious. Guests can also enjoy an extensive list of Chilean wines, artisan beers and classic cocktails.
