CHILD POLICY

• Mwamba Bushcamp - Minimum age 12 years
• Families of 3 sharing a standard room are required to book and pay for a private guide and vehicle
• Families wishing to stay at Mwamba with children U12 must book all rooms for exclusive camp use. Min age on request.
• Please note we operate in wild, unfenced areas. Adults are responsible for supervising children at all times. Regretfully we are not able to offer child minding services

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit: A deposit of 50% confirms booking, refundable up to 90 days prior to arrival less a handling fee of $200.

Full payment is to be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so could result in automatic cancellation of the reservation being held.

Cancellation charges: 0-30 days prior to arrival - 100%; 31-60 days prior to arrival - 50%; 61-90 days prior to arrival - 25%

Group bookings are subject to additional further conditions.

Proflight Booking Terms and Conditions - Y Class Ticket: Refundable (in the form of a voucher) if cancelled within 48 hours of travel. Refund voucher is for same passenger and same route only. Not transferable. No show forfeits the ticket. Proflight tickets issued by Wildcat Safaris and/or Shenton

Safaris on behalf of passengers will be payable in full at the time of deposit, and Proflight cancellation policy applied

Shenton Safaris may not be held liable for any problems or costs that may occur on any bookings made by Shenton Safaris for flights or accommodation at other properties or with other operators. 

Travel insurance is essential. We do require guests to sign an indemnity form after a safety briefing.

Bank wire: all payments must be made to our bank account by international wire, as we do not have credit card facilities. All bank charges in respect of payments by your bank or your bank's correspondent must be borne by the payer.
