Nawel Club House is located in Nawelpi Lodge. In this magical place, the cuisine forges its own identity using local products. Tucked away in the Patagonian Forest, Nawelpi Lodge harbors a cuisine focused on the hunting and gathering of Chilean Patagonian products such as deer, wild boar, duck, rabbit, mushrooms, wild fruits, and seeds. The food is also made with local pickings, creating a sustainable dining community and environment. The cuisine also contains a very traditional Mapuche influence. The Club House prepares its own sausages with the best deer and boar, and also serves excellent breads and pastries.
