CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required within 48 hours of booking.

Should you choose not to guarantee your reservation, it may be released at any time.

The hotel will endeavour to contact you prior to releasing the reservation.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

If a guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/she must do so as soon as reasonably possible.

A “no show” will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

All cancellations must be done in writing and no exceptions in this regard will be allowed.

All refunds owing to cancellation are subject to a 15% admin fee.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking will be charged if a guest cancels his/her reservation less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking will be charged if a guest cancels his/her reservation 14 days prior to arrival.

A cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking will be charged if a guest cancels his/her reservation 30 days prior to arrival.

The above cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in room numbers.

Once approved, a refund may take up to 21 working days to process.
