Cancellation Policy: Free accommodation cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit money already spent towards the booking.

Day guests and in-house guests who booked activities at SIBANI, may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to activity date. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to activity date, will still be liable for payment of the activity.

Stricter cancellation policy will apply for group bookings and/or functions/conferences.

Children Policy: Regretfully SIBANI is no longer child friendly and we cannot host guests under the age of 18 years.
