- Accommodation in up-market 2-person safari units with en suite bathrooms
- Daily morning and afternoon-evening guided game drives in an Open Safari Vehicle

- 3 meals per day; teas & coffees; soft drinks; juices; bottled water
- Transfers between the Timbavati gate and the camp (Kruger Shuttle clients only) NOTE: the above transfers are applicable to arrival and departure only

Conditions
- Minimum stay 2 nights throughout the year
- Rates and conservation/vehicle levies are subject to change without prior notice
- Children aged 0-5 years are NOT permitted at Bateleur Safari Camp
- Children aged 6-11 accompanied by an adult pay 50% of the adult sharing rate
- Minimum age 12 for all guided bush walk participants; no maximum age but an average fitness level is required since each walk can last 3-4 hours
- Clients will be required to sign an indemnity on arrival
- Booking prerequisite: guests must have adequate travel insurance to cover any emergency, casualty evacuation and/or hospitalization for their full safari duration
Price Excludes:
- Timbavati Reserve Conservation Levies: (subject to change without notice)
- 1 January – 31 December 2020: Adults: R400 per person per night; Children aged 6-11: R200 per child per night
- 1 January – 31 December 2021: Adults: R424 per person per night; Children aged 6-11: R212 per child per night
- Timbavati Gate Fee (per vehicle per entry; subject to change without notice): Light Motor Vehicles R190; Heavy Motor Vehicles (GMV > R3500 kgs) R690
- Alcohol - local beers and wines can be purchased in camp
- ALL transfers to and from the camp - options and rates available on request
- Gratuities; all items of a personal nature; anything else not mentioned above
Booking and Payments- all payments are required by bank transfer
Booking form plus 20% non-refundable deposit required to confirm the booking
Full payment of the 80% balance is required at least 30 days before arrival
Cancellations
28+ days prior to arrival 20% of the total amount
27-21 days prior to arrival 40% of the total amount
20-14 days prior to arrival 60% of the total amount
13-0 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount
