Check In: 2:00 p.m for passengers who have contracted full board. 6:00 p.m. for passengers with half board.

Check-out: 10a.m. rooms must be vacated. Guests will have access to the rest of the hostelry facilities outside these times and any meals or other activities will be charged accordingly.

VAT exemption for non-residents (21%):

It is only valid for FOREIGNERS, who do not reside in the country. The VAT (21%) discounted is only from the cost of accommodation and breakfast. For the rest of the services include VAT (Decree 1.043/2016).

This benefit can only be applied for payments with credit card or wire transfers from abroad. Not applicable for cash payments. A copy of the passport of all passengers is needed at the time of the booking and home address.

Rates for children: 

From 0 to 3 yrs old charged at US$ 20.- per night

From 4 to 10 yrs old charged at 50% of the corresponding tariff.

Sharing the room with an adult. One child per adult.

Please note: there are no baby/child-minding facilities. The minimum age to do horse-rides is 10 years      old. The child's experience and physical fitness will be evaluated before start the activity.

Cancellation charges

A 10% penalty will be charged on the total amount paid for cancellations with 30 days in advance, 25% with 15 days and 100% the last 10 days.

If the guest decides to leave earlier than stipulated, for personal reasons, cancellations will be applied according to the established policy. When confirming a reservation, Nibepo Aike understands that the reservation policies have been accepted.
