Cleaning
- Daily cleaning performed by the housekeeping team.
- Bed linens are changed every 3 nights, and towels are changed only upon guest request.

Reservation Procedures
All reservations must be sent to the email diego@arenalheights.com with CC to the email arenalheights@gmail.com.
All reservations, changes, or cancellations must be submitted via email to the addresses indicated above.
Please include in your request: the check-in date, the check-out date, the number of nights, the number of villas requested, the number of people, and their names. In case of any special requests, please indicate them in the comments.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
PEAK SEASON, PRESIDENT WEEK, EASTER WEEK
Cancellations are accepted 45 or more days prior to the check-in date without any penalty. Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 100% penalty.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 45 days before the check-in date.
HIGH SEASON
Months: January - February - March - April - July - August - December
Cancellations are accepted 30 or more days prior to the check-in date without any penalty. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 100% penalty.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before the check-in date.
LOW SEASON
Months: May - June - September - October - November
Cancellations are accepted 5 or more days prior to the check-in date without any penalty.
Cancellations made 5 or fewer days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 5 days before the check-in date.
