Terms and Conditions 

All quotes will be in US Dollars and are inclusive of 15% VAT & 2% Tourism Levy. 

Single supplement is an additional 30% of the per person sharing rate. Children aged 3 & below are free if accompanied by a paying adult and sharing a room with a paying guest. Children aged 4 to 11 will pay 50% of the adult rate. 

For guests checking in on an agents account, guests are required to present a voucher from the agent at check in or written confirmation from their agent. 

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and EFT as forms of payment. 

A 25% deposit must be made within 30 days of confirming the booking, the balance must be paid not later than 60 days from the arrival date. 

If your booking is within 60 days of arrival, we require 100% payment within 30 days of guest arrival/check-in. 

Cancellation Terms 

Should a stay be cancelled within the below time periods the following cancellation fees will apply: 61 days or more prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fees 

46-60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total booking value 

31-45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value 

30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking value 

No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of total booking value. 

10 or more paying guests booked together are considered a group reservation and as such will have to give an EXTRA 30 days notice over and above normal notice periods for any cancellations (eg. a group cancellation 61-75 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking value - the same as an individual traveller giving 31-45 days notice)
