CHILD POLICY:

0 - 1 Years - 10% of adult sharing rates

2 - 12 Years - 50% of adult sharing rates

These rates are for children sharing with adults

PAYMENT POLICY

Full Payment is due 30 days prior to date of arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be received within 30 days prior

to arrival.

Full payment is required within 48 hours for bookings that commence within the following 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are only valid if received in writing and acknowledged by both parties.

A 100% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled 30 or less days prior to arrival.

Treatment of any cancellation falling outside of the above criteria will be subject to the discretion of

Grassland Safari Lodge management.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS

Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days.

An additional 14 days can be added in exceptional circumstances

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Check in from: 2pm (but can be organized for earlier depending on the guests needs)

Check out until: 10am (but can be organized for later depending on guests needs)

All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent or operator. If a refund is paid by Grassland

Safari Lodge, then the bank charges for the refund will be deducted from the refund payment.
