PAYMENT POLICY

A confirmed booking comprises of the following terms & conditions:

• 50% deposit within 7 days of travel confirmation to secure the booking

• Full and final payment must be received by Kololo Game Reserve no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made in writing and conditions of cancellation are as follows:

• 30 days and less 100% is forfeited

• No shows: 100% cancellation fees

• No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before completion

• 3% of Total Deposit/Payment should a refund be required as admin fee

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Daily conservation fees to be pre-paid with accommodation and are non-commissionable.

• All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent, or operator. If a refund is paid by Kololo Game Reserve, then the bank charges for the refund will be deducted from the refund payment.

• Conservation levies, road transfers and any other activities are nett.

• Incorrect quotes or charges to the guest will be covered by the booking agent or operator.

• Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved.

• Kindly note that bringing your own alcohol onto the reserve is strictly prohibited.

• This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms & conditions stated here within.

CHILD POLICY:

Children of all ages are welcome at Kololo Game Reserve

• Children aged 0 – 2: Free of charge (no meals and no game drives included)

• Children aged 3 – 12: Child rates apply (children’s meal included, surcharge for adult meal on request)

• Children aged 13+: Full adult sharing rate

Child rates available for children under the age of 12 years sharing a chalet with their parents.

Children on Big 5 Safaris: The timing of the drives and the option to include children under the age of 4 on the drives are at the discretion of the guide.
