F.I.T. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All cancellations must be given in writing directly to the hotel.

10% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as an administration fee over and above the cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees are as follows:

• 45 – 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the total accommodation value

• 30 – 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total accommodation value

• 15 – 7  days prior to arrival – 75% of the total accommodation value

• 7 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of the total accommodation value
