PAYMENT
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.
All rates include VAT and applicable taxes.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees apply as follows:
• More than 60 days before arrival: Deposit and bank charges are non-refundable.
• 45–60 days before arrival: 50% of booking value is forfeited.
• 30–44 days before arrival: 75% of booking value is forfeited.
• Less than 30 days or no-show: 100% of booking value is forfeited.
