Terms and Conditions

1.BOOKING PROCESS
1.1Bookings will be accepted with travel within 48 Hours of confirmation, payment will need to reflect within 24 hours of Arrival.
1.2 The Client shall be responsible for informing Molapo of any bookings, confirmations, booking amendments, or cancellations of rooms or services in writing, by e-mail. The onus of proof of delivery in this regard will be on the Client.

1.3 Provisional bookings will be held as follows: 14 days for South African Citizens and 30 days for International Guests. Bookings will automatically be cancelled if no payment has been received. Upon expiry of the above provisional periods, Molapo reserves the right to release reservations, unless requested in writing by the Client to extend the provisional period. The extension of any provisional period will be at the sole discretion of Molapo. In the event that Molapo receives a confirmed reservation request against space being held on a provisional basis by the Client, Molapo reserves the right to request confirmation or release of the held space within 48 hours.
1.4 Upon confirmation, the Guest will be required to disclose his/her nationality, which information will solely be used for market data purposes.
1.5 Confirmed reservations will be subject to the appropriate cancellation and payment policies.
2.PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 A booking will only be held on a provisional basis until such time as a deposit has been paid.60 days or more prior to arrival: 50% deposit to confirm booking30 – 7 days prior to arrival: full payment
3.PAYMENT METHODS
Guests can make payment via Visa/MasterCard or via EFT into Molapo bank account. EFTs should be made in full and free of any bank charges.
4.CANCELLATION
4.1 Cancellation of all bookings must be in writing and will only be deemed to be effective on receipt of written notification.
4.2 Reservations held by Molapo, where no deposit has been paid, will be cancelled by Molapo in its sole discretion and may take place without notice to the Client. Requests to reduce or waive cancellation fees from the Client will be considered at the sole discretion of Molapo. Bookings will be accepted with travel within 48 Hours of confirmation, payment will need to reflect within
24 hours of Arrival.
4.3 If cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received before 60 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee will be refunded
4.4 If cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received 60-30 days prior to arrival 80% cancellation fee on deposit will be charged
4.5 If cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received 30 to 0 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee on
deposit will be charged. 4.6 No Cancellation Fees if cancelled due to Covid-19 Travel Restrictions

5.BANKING DETAILS

Electronic transfers may be paid directly into the below listed bank account. A copy of the deposit slip or bank draft, together with the appropriate guest details, reservation number and invoice number must be emailed to Molapo in order to reconcile the appropriate records. Failure to do so may result in the payment not being reflected against the booking, and the space released due to non payment.

7.TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is highly advised, which, at the minimum, should cover flight delay and cancellation, loss of personal effects, personal accident, and medical and emergency travel expenses
