Full Board rates are inclusive of accommodation, all meals and local beverages, laundry services, WiFi, tourism levy of 1% and VAT

Maximum Occupancies: ×

Siringit Villa: The villa has 6 suites and can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests sharing. × The exclusive use rate is based on a maximum of 4 guests; for additional adults/children thereafter, the exclusive use supplement rate is applicable.

Siringit Serengeti Camp: Siringit Serengeti Camp has 8 standard accommodation tents (maximum occupancy 2 adults & 1 child) and 1 two-bedroomed family tent (minimum occupancy 4 pax and maximum occupancy 6 pax) ×

Siringit Migration Camp: Siringit Migration Camp has 8 standard accommodation tents. Two tents can inter-connect, creating 1 two-bedroomed family tent (maximum occupancy 2 adults & 1 child) and 1 two-bedroomed family tent (minimum occupancy 4 pax maximum occupancy 6 pax)

Bookings

A minimum of 2 Siringit properties are needed per booking.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome in our properties.

Children 0 to 5 years old are accommodated in a cot on a complimentary basis when sharing with adults.

Children 6 to 17 years are accommodated at a 50% supplement of adult sharing rate. Standard rates apply for adults. ×

Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own suites) will be charged at the full adult single or sharing rate.

Bookings and Payment policy: × Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservations within 7 days of issue × Bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 30 working days × Bookings made 60 - 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 7 working days × Non-account Holders: Full payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival / Voucher required as guarantee.

Cancellation policy: × Only written cancellations will be accepted. An acknowledgement of the cancellation will be sent from the reservations department × 50% of fee if cancelled between 45 - 31 days prior to arrival × 100% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.  

Group bookings: × This policy applies to bookings of 3 rooms or more × A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at time of booking in order to secure rooms × Full pre-payment (100%) is required 45 days prior to arrival and final rooming lists and requirements to be received 30 days prior to arrival. × Reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will require full pre-payment at time of booking.

Groups cancellation policy:

× Only written cancellations will be accepted. An acknowledgement of the cancellation will be sent from the reservations department

 × 50% of fee if cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival

× 100% of fee if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Waiver: × Siringit Properties reserves the right to release bookings should payment not be received by the requested date × Siringit Properties retains the right to admit or remove any guests whose behavior impacts negatively on the properties, other guests and/or staff × Siringit Properties reserves the right to increase the rates reflected in this agreement in the event that the Government either institutes new taxes or increases existing taxes

COVID-19 terms & conditions:

× Standard Mantis policies (Pre-Covid) applies, for any bookings not related to Covid.

× Any bookings related to Covid need to be dealt with based on necessary proof produced/submitted, in order to avoid cancellation charges to apply.

× Existing bookings postponements – allowed up until 45 days prior.

× Postponements in general allowed up until 30 April 2022.

× Rates adjusted based on seasonality, if required.
