Booking Procedures
Provisional bookings made 30+ days in advance will be held for 4 days
Provisional bookings made within 30 days of travel will be held for 2 days
Bundox Safari Lodge reserves the right to release provisional bookings within these time frames. You will be informed via email
Confirmation of bookings must be made in writing

Payment Policy

To secure your reservation 50% is required in 42 hours once a booking has been made. The remaining 50% is required 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations only accepted in writing
60+ days from stay = 0%
Within 60 days = 10%
Within 30 days = 25%
Within 15 days = 50%
Within 7 days = 100%
All cancellations must be sent to Bundox Reservations
