Ulusaba Safari Lodge

We have three spacious Elephant Rooms (approximately 60 sqm each) with en-suite bathrooms and large viewing decks offering stunning views over the bush.

Elephants regularly use a migratory route that passes by these rooms which allow for excellent up-close-and-personal game viewing!

The location of the 3 Elephant Rooms are ideal for friends travelling together or families with teens wishing to be close to their parents

Built tree house style high above the bush, the Elephant Rooms are accessed via a wooden walkway from the Main Lodge

Each Elephant Room has a King Size bed (that can split into Twins), air conditioning, ceiling fans and mosquito nets.

All rooms supplied with bottled water, spray-on insect repellent, Africology toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available

All rooms include tea and coffee-making facilities, snacks and a complimentary mini bar. Each has a private terrace or balcony

All are very spacious with snuggling seating areas and striking views of the river bed or bush. Ideal for those celebrating or enjoying a romantic escape as these rooms are secluded and tucked between jackalberry trees.

Two of the River Rooms are accessible by swing bridge and are a short walk from the main Lodge

There are a total of four River Rooms

All are very spacious and offer en-suite bathrooms with views. River Room 1 and 3 have a spacious terrace but no plunge pool.

The Ulusaba Treehouse Suite is approximately 160 sqm

A spacious and very private suite featuring a private deck with views over Xikwenga Dam where hippos and elephants come to bathe. There is also a large viewing deck adjacent to the room perfect for breakfasts, lunches and private dinners accommodating 16 people. The Treehouse Suite is an approximate 10 minute walk from the main lodge and is accessible by swing bridges and
raised walkways.

This private suite is next to the Main Lodge and is accessed through its own entrance into a walled garden with boma fire pit. There is a separate spacious lounge that opens onto a large viewing deck with plunge pool, outdoor shower and private dining table for up to 8 guests. The suite boasts an en-suite bathroom with a separate WC and an additional guest bathroom next to the lounge.

The Safari Suite can be interconnected with the Safari Room to sleep up to 4 guests.
