This intimate homestead, of four individual garden Rooms, is the sister property of Stanley & Livingstone Boutique Hotel and in keeping with a Victoria Falls experience that is wonderfully classic. Facing outwards, the Rooms have lovely views of the wildlife passing by and less of the neighbours. Although, these could be your friends and family. There is a private and personal atmosphere to Ursula’s, which feels more like a remote bush home than hotel, and there is the option of booking it out exclusively.

From each Room’s terrace, French doors open into a spacious double bedroom (configured as twin or triple, to sleep a little one, on request), including a dressing table, beverage station, minibar and wardrobe, adjoining an en-suite with a walk-in shower. It makes for a comfortable stay, encouraging you to make yourself at home. Pour a cuppa and settle back against the pillows or pad outside to enjoy a morning coffee, while watching giraffe and buffalo arrive to the watering hole.

The Rooms, as well as main guest area, terrace, firepit, and poolside are all set in a semi-circle to take in wide-open views of the natural reserve. It’s an environment of peace and tranquillity, while being just minutes from the world-famous Falls, busy town and surrounding attractions. Up for exploring?
