<p>A tented safari is the classic, old-fashioned way of travelling through the African wilderness and allows you to enjoy great mobility through these untamed areas.</p><p>Meals are prepared according to the highest standards and your dietary requirements. You will always have a selection of soft drinks, fine wines, spirits, and mineral water at hand, and our vehicle fridges guarantee cold drinks on the game drives.</p><p>The open vehicles used are designed for comfort and are excellent for game viewing. </p><p>The Moremi Game Reserve covers approximately one third of the Delta, and incorporates permanent swamps, marginal floodplains, and dry acacia and mopane forests.</p><p>This is big game country. Elephants, buffalos, kudus, sable antelopes, lions, leopards, cheetahs and wild dogs are just a few of the large mammals to be seen and photographed in Moremi. Evenings often echo with the distant roars of lions and whoops of hyenas. </p><p>Birdlife is plentiful and varied, ranging from tiny malachite kingfishers to huge goliath herons, little sparrow hawks to martial eagles, and pearlspotted owls to giant eagle owls.</p>

<p>Day 1: </p><p>Upon your arrival into Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be met upon arrival by a representative as you descend the aircraft steps. You’ll then be taken to the aircraft terminal where you’ll be shown through fast track immigration and given assistance with baggage collection and customs formalities.</p><p>Once you’ve completed the immigration and customs formalities, you’ll be escorted to your waiting driver and private vehicle that will transfer you to the Legendary Lodge in Arusha. Overnight you’ll be staying at the Legendary Lodge on a full board basis in a luxury cottage.</p><p>Day 2: </p><p>After breakfast at the Legendary Lodge, you’ll be met by your private driver guide and vehicle which will then transfer you to the lush Ngorongoro Highlands.</p><p>In the Ngorongoro Highlands you’ll be staying at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, perched on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater rim with absolutely spectacular views over the crater floor! Overnight you’ll be staying at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge on a full board basis in a luxury suite.</p><p>Day 3: </p><p>Today, after breakfast, you depart the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, heading to the world famous Ngorongoro Crater floor for a half day safari in your private 4x4 vehicle. In the crater, you have a great chance at seeing rhino, one of the ‘Big 5’ (being elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino). The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact caldera in the world.</p><p>In the afternoon, you’ll depart the crater and make the ascent back to the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge where in the afternoon; you’ll be able to relax, enjoying the superb views. Overnight you’ll be staying at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge on a full board basis in a luxury suite.</p><p>Day 4: </p><p>From the Ngorongoro Crater, after breakfast, you head to the Lake Manyara Airstrip for the flight to Kogatende Airstrip in the Northern Serengeti the flight departs Lake Manyara at 09:00 due to arrive at approximately 10:10 (NOTE: Luggage allowance is strictly 15 kilograms per person in soft sided bags). On arrival into Kogatende Airstrip, you’ll be met by an open sided 4x4 Toyota Landcruiser vehicle and driver from Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp which will then transfer you to the camp, with game viewing en route.</p><p>In the late afternoon at Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp, you’ll head out for game activities with your private vehicle and guide within the Northern Serengeti. Overnight, you’ll be staying at Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp on a full board basis in an authentic luxury safari tent. We also anticipate that there may be the massive herds of the Great Migration in this area at this time.</p><p>Day 5 & 6: </p><p>Today you will enjoy a full day of activities at Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp. These activities can include a morning game walk and game drives in your private open sided Toyota 4x4 vehicle. Overnight you’ll be staying at Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp on a full board basis in your authentic luxury safari tent.</p><p>Day 7: </p><p>This morning, after breakfast at Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp, you’ll be transferred to Kogatende Airstrip to connect with the scheduled service flight to Tarime Airstrip. Upon arrival at Tarime Airstrip, you’ll be met by a representative from Coastal Air which will show you to your minibus for transfer to the Kenyan border, where you shall complete immigration formalities, before continuing the short journey to Migori Airport to connect with the scheduled service flight to Musiara Airstrip in the Maasai Mara. The flight from Kogatende Leaves at 10:05 and you are expected to arrive into Musiara Airstrip at approximately 12:45.</p><p>On arrival into Musiara Airstrip, you’ll be met by a driver and vehicle from the famous Governors Camp! In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy game drives in the area round the camp, which is famous for the Marsh Pride Lions that inhabit this region! Overnight, you’ll be staying at Governors Camp on a full board basis in a standard tent.</p><p>Day 8 & 9: </p><p>Today, after breakfast, you’ll enjoy a full day of game drives in the world famous Maasai Mara. At this time of year, you may have a good chance of seeing the Great Migration making their river crossings over the Mara River! Overnight you’ll be staying at Governors Camp on a full board basis in your standard tent.</p><p>Day 10: </p><p>This morning, you’ll leave the Governors Camp after breakfast and transfer to Musiara Airstrip for your charter flight to Loisaba Airstrip. On arrival at Loisaba Airstrip, you’ll be met by a vehicle and driver from Ol Malo who will transfer you to the lodge. At Ol Malo Lodge, in the afternoon you’ll be heading out for game activities within the Ol Malo Conservancy! Ol Malo is about more than just the game, it immerses you with the local community, the Samburu people. This is not in a cosmetic way, but really in the Samburu’s day to day activities! Overnight you’ll be staying at Ol Malo Lodge on a full board basis in a luxury room</p><p>Day 11: </p><p>This morning, you’ll enjoy breakfast at the Ol Malo House, before heading for a trek on foot into the middle of nowhere, to the Ol Malo Nomad Campsite. This campsite is a very basic but comfortable campsite. All of the equipment will be carried by camels. The camps team is made up of Samburu warriors and junior elders, all who have an amazing knowledge of the bush!</p><p>Overnight you’ll be staying at the Ol Malo Nomad Mobile Camp on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 12: </p><p>At Ol Malo Nomad Campsite you’ll be trekking your way through the stunning and rugged North Kenyan terrain, following the nomadic Samburu cattle routes and ancient elephant migration paths. The walking will be done in the morning, with the afternoons spent relaxing, swimming when you camp on the river or climbing the hills for a good sundowners. If you have time, you’ll even have some time to visit the Samburu homesteads on the way. Every day will start with an early breakfast en route, carried by one of the camels, whilst the main camp is packed and loaded onto the camel train. On this trip, you’ll be getting hands on with a lot of the activities, helping load the camels, cooking around the campfire and bonding with the team!</p><p>Overnight you’ll be staying at the Ol Malo Nomad Mobile Camp on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 13: </p><p>Today you’ll be trekking back to Ol Malo House arriving by lunch time for a delicious meal. You’ll then have an afternoon at your leisure to relax at Ol Malo House. You’ll be staying at Ol Malo House on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 14: </p><p>This morning you’ll depart Ol Malo and be transferred to the Loisaba Airstrip to connect with your scheduled flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport, departing in the afternoon. From Nairobi Wilson Airport, you’ll be met by a private driver and vehicle which will transfer you to the Ole Sereni Hotel, where you’ll be staying overnight in a deluxe room on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 15: </p><p>This morning you’ll be collected from the Ole Sereni by your private vehicle and driver. You’ll then be transferred to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to connect with the flight on KQ 250 to the Seychelles, departing from Nairobi at 11:30. You are expected to arrive into the Seychelles International Airport at approximately 15:40.</p><p>On arrival into Seychelles International Airport, you’ll be met by a driver and vehicle from the Four Seasons Resort which will transfer you to the resort where you’ll be staying in a Hilltop Ocean View Villa on a half board basis.</p><p>Day 16 - 20: </p><p>Your day will be at your leisure to relax on the Seychelles at the Four Seasons Resort. The transfer time from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to the Emakoko can be as little as 20 minutes, however you can spend longer if you see any interesting game en route.</p><p>Overnight you’ll be staying at the Emakoko Lodge on a full board basis in a luxury cottage</p><p><b>Day 2: </b></p><p>This morning, after your breakfast at the Emakoko Lodge, you’ll head out into the Nairobi National Park for a game drive, within the Nairobi National Park, you’ll have a fantastic chance at seeing rhino! After lunch at the Emakoko, you’ll be transferred to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport, which will take approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic. </p><p>On arrival at Nairobi Wilson Airport you’ll connect with your flight to the Mara North Airstrip (<b>NOTE: Luggage allowance is strictly 15 kilograms per person in soft sided bags</b>). On arrival at Mara North Airport, you’ll be met by a vehicle and driver from the Alex Walker Ngare Serian Camp which will transfer you to the camp.</p><p>In the afternoon, you’ll be heading out into the Maasai Mara National Park for game activities in your private open sided 4x4 vehicle. Quite a special experience!</p><p>You’ll be staying at Ol Malo Lodge on a full board basis in your hillside cottage.</p><p><b>Day 9: </b></p><p>This morning you’ll depart Ol Malo and be transferred to the Loisaba Airstrip to connect with your scheduled flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport, departing in the afternoon. From Nairobi Wilson Airport, you’ll be met by a private driver and vehicle which will transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to connect with your onward flight to Kigali International Airport in Rwanda. </p><p>On your arrival into Kigali International Airport, you shall be met airside on arrival and shown through the VIP lounge whilst completing the immigration process. Upon collecting your luggage and clearing customs, you shall be met by a representative who shall escort you to your waiting vehicle and driver for the transfer to the Hotel des Milles Collines.</p><p>Overnight you’ll be staying at the Hotel des Milles Collines on a room & breakfast basis in a standard room.</p><p><b>Day 10: </b></p><p>This morning, after breakfast at the Hotel des Milles Collines, you shall be transferred by road to the Parc National des Volcans in the North West of Rwanda, home to the wonderful mountain gorillas! In the Parc National des Volcans you will be staying at the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge on a full board basis. Your afternoon will be at your leisure to relax at the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge.</p><p><b>Day 11: </b></p><p>Today after an early breakfast, you will be driven to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters, for the start of your gorilla tracking experience! The rangers will brief you on how the day will unfold and how to behave when you’re in the presence of these critically endangered and magnificent creatures.</p><p>Post briefing you begin your hike to reach the gorillas from the nearest trailhead. Depending on the gorilla family you have been allocated to visit. Your afternoon will be at your leisure to relax at the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge.</p><p><b>Day 11: </b></p><p>Today after an early breakfast, you will be driven to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters, for the start of your gorilla tracking experience! The rangers will brief you on how the day will unfold and how to behave when you’re in the presence of these critically endangered and magnificent creatures.</p><p>Post briefing you begin your hike to reach the gorillas from the nearest trailhead. Depending on the gorilla family you have been allocated to visit. The hike to the gorillas can vary considerably – taking anything from 30 minutes to a few hours as the movements of the gorillas is unpredictable.</p><p>After the tracking, you return to the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge for lunch. In the Parc National des Volcans you will be staying at the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge on a full board basis. Your afternoon will be at your leisure to relax at the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge.</p><p><b>Day 11: </b></p><p>Today after an early breakfast, you will be driven to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters, for the start of your gorilla tracking experience! The rangers will brief you on how the day will unfold and how to behave when you’re in the presence of these critically endangered and magnificent creatures.</p><p>Post briefing you begin your hike to reach the gorillas from the nearest trailhead. Depending on the gorilla family you have been allocated to visit. The hike to the gorillas can vary considerably – taking anything from 30 minutes to a few hours as the movements of the gorillas is unpredictable.</p><p>After the tracking, you return to the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge for lunch. The afternoon can be at your leisure, or you can visit the twin lakes or Iby’Iwacu village (the village visit will cost an additional US$ 20 per person).</p><p>Overnight stay at the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge on a full board basis in a luxury cottage.</p><p><b>Day 12: </b></p><p>Today you’ll have the option to go tracking the elusive Golden Monkey’s; this will cost an additional US$ 100 per person. <p>Day 1: <br>You will arrive into Addis Ababa International Airport at 02:10, where you will be met by a representative who will escort you to your waiting vehicle and driver which will transfer you to your overnight accommodation at the Sheraton Addis Hotel. Here you will be able to rest and relax until lunch time, where you will head out for a tour of Addis Ababa, visiting museums and the important cultural sites of this superb city.</p><p>You will return to the Sheraton Addis Hotel for your overnight arrangements on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 2: <br>This morning, after breakfast, you will be driven down the Rift Valley to Hawassa; the drive will take approximately 5-6 hours. Here you will arrive at your accommodation on the shores of the Lake Awasa in the Lewi Resort on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 3: <br>Today you will be driving to Arba Minch; the journey will take you approximately 4-5 hours. On arrival you will check in to Paradise Lodge for your overnight arrangements on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 4: <br>After breakfast, you will be driven to Chencha, where you will visit the villages of the Dorze people who live in bamboo, bee hive shaped houses and are very famous for their weaving. After your visit to the Dorze, you head to Konso. The Konso Cultural landscape is a world heritage site; here you will tour the Konso villages.</p><p>In the early afternoon, you will be heading to your accommodation at Kanta Lodge on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 5: <br>This morning you drive to Jinka, stopping on the way at Key Afar during the market day for the Beni and Ara people. Here you can observe this traditional market and the interesting wares on sale. The journey to Jinka will be approximately 5 hours’ drive in total. At Jinka, you’ll be taken to your overnight accommodation at the Eco Omo Resort on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 6: <br>Today you will be driven to Mago Park, where you will visit the Mursi villages. The Mursi women are known for wearing large lip plates. The driving time today will be approximately 4 hours. You will return to the Eco Omo Resort in the afternoon for your overnight arrangements.</p><p>Day 7: <br>Today you will head to the Jinka Museum, with its focus being on Ethnography, you will also be able to visit the Saturday market in Jinka before heading to Turmi, stopping at the Demeke market en route. The market is frequented by the Hamer, the Beni and the Ari. The driving time today will be approximately 4 hours, eventually arriving at the Buska Lodge for your overnight arrangements.</p><p>Day 8: <br>This morning you depart from the Buska Lodge and head to Omo Rate which is approximately 90 minutes away. Here you will cross the river and visit the traditional villages of the Nyangatom. After your visit of the villages, you head back over the river and back to Buska Lodge for your overnight arrangements.</p><p>Day 9: <br>After breakfast at Buska Lodge, you will be driven to the villages of the Karo people for a tour. Your overnight arrangements will be at Buska Lodge on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 10: <br>Once you’ve had breakfast at Buska Lodge, your vehicle and driver will be transferring you back to Arba Minch, the journey is approximately 6 hours. The blocks are chiselled out, forming doors, windows various floors and roofs. Many of the churches also have openings to hermit caves and catacombs! Biete Medhani Alem with its five aisles is believed to be the largest monolithic church in the world.</p><p>After your tour of these fascinating churches, you will be transferred to your overnight accommodation at the Mountain View Hotel on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 5: <br/>After breakfast, you heat outside of Lalibela to visit the monasteries. The Asheten Mariam monastery is built on a ridge, boasting superb views of the countryside and stands at an altitude of 3150 metres. The Nakuto Le’Abe monastery is carved into the face of a cave, it features one of the most interesting collections of ancient crosses, manuscripts and other icons which are attributed to its founder Nakuto Le’Abe. <p>Day 1: <br>Upon your arrival into Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be met upon arrival by the dmAFRICA representative who will be holding a name board as you descend the aircraft steps. You’ll then be shown to your private transfer vehicle that will take you to the aircraft terminal where you’ll be shown through fast track immigration and given assistance with baggage collection and customs formalities.</p><p>Once you’ve completed the immigration and customs formalities, you will be escorted to your waiting dmAFRICA driver and vehicle that will transfer you to the nearby Ole Sereni Hotel. When you arrive within Tanzania, you’ll land and be transferred to a private mobile camp, that travels with the herds of the Great Migration through the Serengeti ecosystem! The camp will be sited within the Western Corridor of the Serengeti!</p><p>The private camp comprises of six canvas safari tents, which includes a flush toilet, bucket shower and en-suite bathroom. The main area, is made of stone, canvas and thatch with a bar and swimming pool. It offers great views of the wildlife that comes to drink at the waterhole! The camp comprises eight large tents, all with en-suite facilities, open air showers and private verandas! Wildlife here is amazing, with good chances to see White Rhinos!</p><p>You’ll be staying overnight at the Ongava Tented Camp on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 14: <br>You’ll have a full day today at the Ongava Tented Camp located in the Ongava Game Reserve with its fantastic game viewing! Overnight you’ll be staying at the Ongava Tented Camp on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 15: <br>Today you’ll enjoy another flight with more breath taking scenery, taking you to the one of the most incredible places on Earth: the Hartmann Valley in the Northern Namib Desert. A simply amazing place!</p><p>Set amongst shady trees on the banks of the Kunene River, Serra Cafema is one of the most remote camps in Southern Africa. Its Portuguese name originating from the mountains that dominate the northern skyline. Here you’ll fall asleep to the sound of the rushing water, whilst by day, you’ll explore one of the driest deserts in the world.</p><p>The camp comprises eigh unique canvas and thatched chalets, each with its own en-suite bathrooms, elevated decks and structures of wood, canvas and thatch create a camp that is at one with its surroundings. The dining room and pool of Serra Cefema overlook the Kunene River.</p><p>The activities at Serra Cafema are varied, including boating, walking, viewing breath-taking landscapes as well as careful guided quad-bike excursions over the dunes. The mighty Zambezi River flows from Lake Kariba, through the Lower Zambezi Valley, a huge rift in the earth’s crust. Over the millennia the Zambezi has rushed through this valley creating islands, channels and sandbanks. The meandering river has carved the volcanic soil forming a number of small ox-bow lakes surrounded by lush vegetation and mahogany and ebony trees. The abundance of water and the luxuriant greenery accounts for the valleys wealth of big game animals!</p><p>Here you’ll be staying in your private mobile camp; the area is famous for its walking safaris, something you will be able to enjoy whilst staying here on a full board basis!</p><p>Day 7: <br>Today you will have a full day of game activities at the private camp, including superb walking safaris through the area! Despite its location in one of the wildest places on Earth, amongst the Quirimbas Archipelago in the calm waters off the coast of Northern Mozambique, Vamizi offers the very definition of barefoot luxury in Africa.</p><p>On the surface, the island is utterly mellow. The ocean around Vamizi, which are private for the Island guests, are bristling with fish and fantastic diving. Some of the diving here is said to be the best in the world; the same can also be said for the deep sea fishing. Its Portuguese name originating from the mountains that dominate the northern skyline. The mighty Zambezi River flows from Lake Kariba, through the Lower Zambezi Valley, a huge rift in the earth’s crust. Over the millennia the Zambezi has rushed through this valley creating islands, channels and sandbanks. The meandering river has carved the volcanic soil forming a number of small ox-bow lakes surrounded by lush vegetation and mahogany and ebony trees. The camps team is made up of Samburu warriors and junior elders, all who have an amazing knowledge of the bush!</p><p>At Ol Malo Nomad Campsite you’ll be trekking your way through the stunning and rugged North Kenyan terrain, following the nomadic Samburu cattle routes and ancient elephant migration paths. The walking will be done in the morning, with the afternoons spent relaxing, swimming when you camp on the river or climbing the hills for a good sundowners. If you have time, you’ll even have some time to visit the Samburu homesteads on the way. Every day will start with an early breakfast en route, carried by one of the camels, whilst the main camp is packed and loaded onto the camel train. Your afternoon will be at your leisure to relax at the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge.</p><p><b>Day 11: </b></p><p>Today after an early breakfast, you will be driven to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters, for the start of your gorilla tracking experience! The rangers will brief you on how the day will unfold and how to behave when you’re in the presence of these critically endangered and magnificent creatures.</p><p>Post briefing you begin your hike to reach the gorillas from the nearest trailhead. Depending on the gorilla family you have been allocated to visit. The hike to the gorillas can vary considerably – taking anything from 30 minutes to a few hours as the movements of the gorillas is unpredictable.</p><p>After the tracking, you return to the Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge for lunch. En route to Fes, you’ll be stopping at the famous Roman ruins of Volubulis where you’ll tour the ruins of the former capital of the Roman province of Mauritania. On leaving Volubulis you’ll make a brief stop at Moulay Idriss, the holiest site in all of Morocco. At Moulay Idriss’ centre lies the tomb of the man who brought Islam to Morocco 1,200 years ago.</p><p>You’ll continue on to Fes, where you’ll be taken to your accommodation at the Riad Fes in the medina. Here you’ll be able to relax in your suites, before heading onto the streets of Fes with your guide and private vehicle for a tour of Fes before returning to the Riad Fes for your overnight arrangements in your junior suite.</p><p><b>Day 3: </b></p><p>This morning, after breakfast at the Riad Fes, you will have the day at your leisure to relax and explore the city at your own pace! Overnight, you’ll be staying at the Riad Fes in your junior suite on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p><b>Day 4: </b></p><p>Today you head out for a full day tour, including visits to: The Bou Inania Medersa, Foundouk Nejjarine & the shrine of Moulay Idriss II. You will also visit the Attarine, one of the city’s most beautiful Medersas having recently been reopened are 4 years of restoration work.</p><p>This afternoon, you’ll visit the Jewish quarter of Fes, founded in 1438 and home to tens of thousands of Jews, immediately adjacent to the Royal Palace. You will also stop at the Ibn Danan Synagogue, the oldest synagogue in Fes and part of a UNESCO project to preserve the medieval history of Fes. For dinner, you shall be heading to the Dar Roumana for dinner and an evening of wine tasting. Overnight, you shall be staying at the Riad Fes in your junior suite.</p><p><b>Day 5: </b></p><p>After breakfast at the Riad Fes, you’ll have the morning at your leisure to spend in Fes, before departing at 13:00 and being taken to the Fes Saissa Airport to connect with your private charter flight on a Jetstream 32, flying to Zagora Airport. The flight time is approximately 90 minutes.</p><p>Upon landing into Zagora Airport, you shall be picked up by your two Toyota Prada 4x4’s with English speaking drivers. They will transfer you to the Erg Chigaga Camp where you’ll be staying overnight in your 3 double tents, the journey to the Erg Chigaga Camp will take approximately 3 hours, 30 minutes. Included at the private camp is a camel ride, allowing you to explore the Sahara desert on camel back. Overnight you’ll be staying at the Erg Chigaga Camp on a full board basis in your luxury double tent.</p><p><b>Day 6: </b></p><p>You’ll be woken early this morning, allowing you to watch the sun rise from over the dunes of the Sahara desert! You’ll then return to the Erg Chicaga Private Encampment for breakfast. After your breakfast, you’ll head out into the Foum’Zguid in the Sahara desert, in your two Toyota Prado 4x4 vehicles, this journey taking approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, off road. After some time here, you will board the vehicles again, that will drive you to the Relais & Chateux property, Dar Ahlam, which is approximately 3 hours’ drive.</p><p>Overnight, you’ll be staying at the Dar Ahlam on a full board basis in a junior suite.</p><p><b>Day 7: </b></p><p>Today, you will take breakfast in the gardens of Dar Ahlam, you’ll then board your two private Toyota Prado 4x4 vehicles and head to a nearby oasis for a camel trek. Your private vehicles can also then take you to the Valley of Almond trees, where you can visit the local villages and Kasbah’s! It is also possible to visit the Valley of the Roses where you’ll head through dramatic landscapes! Lunch will either be on your excursion, or in the gardens of the Dar Ahlam. Tonight at Dar Ahlam you shall have a private dinner before your overnight arrangements at the Dar Ahlam in your junior suite.</p><p><b>Day 8: </b></p><p>After breakfast in the gardens of Dar Ahlam, you’ll be met by your private Toyota Prado 4x4’s and driver guide that will transfer you to Ouarzazate, which is approximately 40 minutes away. You’ll spend the morning exploring Ouarzazate, including visits to the Kasbah Taouirirt and the UNESCO site of Koasbah of Ait Ben Haddou! You’ll continue onward to the High Atlas Mountains and the dramatic pass of Tizn Tichka, one of only two roads through the largest mountain range in Africa, eventually arriving into Marrakech! The total driving time today is approximately 5 hours.</p><p>In Marrakech, you shall be staying at the Villa des Orangers, a superb Relais & Chateux property, surrounded by three courtyards a mere ten minute walk from the Djemaa el F’naa. After check in and some relaxation at the Villa des Orangers, you’ll head out onto the streets of Marrakech to explore the city. The defining landmark of Marrakech is the minaret of the Koutoubia mosque! You will return to the Villa des Orangers for your overnight arrangements in a suite.</p><p><b>Day 9: </b></p><p>This morning, you’ll be enjoying a private cooking lesson in the medina at la Maison Arabe, where you’ll be introduced to Moroccan gastronomy! Your chef will assist you in preparing a traditional meal, which you’ll all enjoy for lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll explore the colourful souks of Marrakech, selling everything you can imagine, from spices, carpets, jewelry, copper wares and cedar. Here you’ll be able to also see the local craftsmen create objects the way they have done for centuries! Overnight, you’ll be heading back to the Villa des Orangers for your overnight arrangements in your suite.</p><p><b>Day 10: </b></p><p>Today you’ll head out into Marrakech after your breakfast at the Villa des Orangers. Today in Marrakech, you’ll be visiting the Medersa ben Youssef, one of the finest Islamic monuments in Northern Africa! Close to the Medersa are two of the most interesting cultural showplaces in Marrakech; the Musee de Marrakech in the Mnebhi Palace and the Dar Bellarj cultural foundation in a former hospital for storks.</p><p>There will balso be a visit to the Saadien Tombs, the mausoleum of a great dynasty which once ruled Northern Africa. This was lost to modern society until the beginning of the 20th century, when aerial photographs revealed this lost site! Overnight, you’ll be staying at the Villa des Orangers in your suite.</p><p><b>Day 11: </b></p><p>After breakfast this morning at the Villa des Orangers, you’ll be heading in your two Toyota Prado 4x4’s into the High Atlas Mountains, which are approximately 1 hour away. Many people feel that the most beautiful part of Morocco is the rural landscape of the High Atlas Mountains. Here, you’ll find Berber villages, terraced into the mountain slopes, their flat, baked-mud roofs nestled against these fertile slopes. Life moves slowly and the locals are always hospitable to strangers!</p><p>Eventually you will arrive at Kasbah Tamadot, Richard Branson’s property in the High Atlas! Kasbah Tamadot is a luxurious and intimate retreat, where you’ll be staying in a luxury Berber tent with Jacuzzi on a full board basis.</p><p><b>Day 12: </b></p><p>Today you’ll enjoy a guided hike in the area surrounding the Kasbah Tamadot! If you have time, you’ll even have some time to visit the Samburu homesteads on the way. Overnight you’ll be staying at Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp on a full board basis in your authentic luxury safari tent.</p><p>Day 7: </p><p>This morning, after breakfast at Alex Walker’s Serian North Camp, you’ll be transferred to Kogatende Airstrip to connect with the scheduled service flight to Tarime Airstrip. Upon arrival at Tarime Airstrip, you’ll be met by a representative from Coastal Air which will show you to your minibus for transfer to the Kenyan border, where you shall complete immigration formalities, before continuing the short journey to Migori Airport to connect with the scheduled service flight to Musiara Airstrip in the Maasai Mara. The flight from Kogatende Leaves at 10:05 and you are expected to arrive into Musiara Airstrip at approximately 12:45.</p><p>On arrival into Musiara Airstrip, you’ll be met by a driver and vehicle from the famous Governors Camp! In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy game drives in the area round the camp, which is famous for the Marsh Pride Lions that inhabit this region! Overnight, you’ll be staying at Governors Camp on a full board basis in a standard tent.</p><p>Day 8 & 9: </p><p>Today, after breakfast, you’ll enjoy a full day of game drives in the world famous Maasai Mara. At this time of year, you may have a good chance of seeing the Great Migration making their river crossings over the Mara River! Overnight you’ll be staying at Governors Camp on a full board basis in your standard tent.</p><p>Day 10: </p><p>This morning, you’ll leave the Governors Camp after breakfast and transfer to Musiara Airstrip for your charter flight to Loisaba Airstrip. On arrival at Loisaba Airstrip, you’ll be met by a vehicle and driver from Ol Malo who will transfer you to the lodge. At Ol Malo Lodge, in the afternoon you’ll be heading out for game activities within the Ol Malo Conservancy! Ol Malo is about more than just the game, it immerses you with the local community, the Samburu people. This is not in a cosmetic way, but really in the Samburu’s day to day activities! Overnight you’ll be staying at Ol Malo Lodge on a full board basis in a luxury room</p><p>Day 11: </p><p>This morning, you’ll enjoy breakfast at the Ol Malo House, before heading for a trek on foot into the middle of nowhere, to the Ol Malo Nomad Campsite. This campsite is a very basic but comfortable campsite. All of the equipment will be carried by camels. The camps team is made up of Samburu warriors and junior elders, all who have an amazing knowledge of the bush!</p><p>Overnight you’ll be staying at the Ol Malo Nomad Mobile Camp on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 12: </p><p>At Ol Malo Nomad Campsite you’ll be trekking your way through the stunning and rugged North Kenyan terrain, following the nomadic Samburu cattle routes and ancient elephant migration paths. The walking will be done in the morning, with the afternoons spent relaxing, swimming when you camp on the river or climbing the hills for a good sundowners. If you have time, you’ll even have some time to visit the Samburu homesteads on the way. Every day will start with an early breakfast en route, carried by one of the camels, whilst the main camp is packed and loaded onto the camel train. On this trip, you’ll be getting hands on with a lot of the activities, helping load the camels, cooking around the campfire and bonding with the team!</p><p>Overnight you’ll be staying at the Ol Malo Nomad Mobile Camp on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 13: </p><p>Today you’ll be trekking back to Ol Malo House arriving by lunch time for a delicious meal. You’ll then have an afternoon at your leisure to relax at Ol Malo House. You’ll be staying at Ol Malo House on a full board basis.</p><p>Day 14: </p><p>This morning you’ll depart Ol Malo and be transferred to the Loisaba Airstrip to connect with your scheduled flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport, departing in the afternoon. From Nairobi Wilson Airport, you’ll be met by a driver and vehicle which will transfer you to the Ole Sereni Hotel, where you’ll be staying overnight in a deluxe room on a room & breakfast basis.</p><p>Day 15: </p><p>This morning you’ll be collected from the Ole Sereni by your private vehicle and driver. You’ll then be transferred to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to connect with the flight on KQ 250 to the Seychelles, departing from Nairobi at 11:30. You are expected to arrive into the Seychelles International Airport at approximately 15:40.</p><p>On arrival into Seychelles International Airport, you’ll be met by your helicopter transfer from North Island which will transfer you to the island where you’ll be staying in a Presidential Suite on a fully inclusive basis.</p><p>Day 16 - 20: </p><p>Your day will be at your leisure to relax on North Island.
