Payment
A deposit of 30% of the tour price is due upon receipt of the travel confirmation.
The balance is due 2 months before arrival.
Cancellation fees
65 - 45 days before arrival: 100 % cancellation fee (deposit which is forfeited in the event of cancellation)
Travel conditions
- Prices are valid in 2024.
- Our offer is subject to availability of individual services. Prices are subject to change due to increases in government taxes, levies, etc. and price increases by service providers.
- Accommodation can only be confirmed at the time of booking and is subject to availability. Should it be necessary to stay in alternative accommodation, accommodation of a similar standard will be used.
- The stars given are purely estimates, there is no official star rating system in Namibia.
- Activities are not private activities, other guests may participate. The activities are organised with a German-speaking guide.
