Itinerary Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- A sleeping bag, towel and pillow are required for this tour during the camping nights. Seasonal malaria precautions are advised and are locally obtainable. During winter the temperature can drop very low at night and clients should be prepared for this.
- A valid passport is required by everyone. The tour will visit South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate visas required for this trip, to all the countries we visit. Some nationalities may need to obtain visas before departure as they might not be obtainable at the border.
- A guide and assistant will lead this tour in a fully equipped 4×4 vehicle which will carry all necessary group equipment. The guide vehicle will be in radio contact with other participants and will be available to assist if necessary. In addition, each vehicle will be equipped with a GPS onto which the entire route will be loaded.
- Participants will be responsible for their own fuel purchases and vehicle hire agreements.
- The price includes accommodation (twin share or other on request), most meals, group equipment, permits and entry fees.
- The price does not include flights, alcohol and soft drinks, bottled water, meals where stipulated, curios, tips and optional excursions.
- Before departure clients will be required to enter into an agreement pertaining to all booking conditions and general information and will be required to sign a general indemnity. It is compulsory for clients to have their own comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover
