Introduction

The Ruby Mountains in Nevada are an absolute gem. With 15 peaks above 11,000 feet of elevation the jaw dropping Rubies offer more than 200,000 acres of skiable terrain. With wide open glaciated bowls, limber and white bark pines, aspen forests, there is terrain for everyone and the mission is to find the best skiing available for your trip. Something that sets Ruby apart from other places is how remote this place truly feels. There is no mountain ski town, there is no ski area, there are very few backcountry users.

Getting to the lodge can be accessed from either Salt Lake City or Reno airport, pair up your ski experience with time skiing in Tahoe or Salt Lake City!

Seasonality: The Ruby Mountains have a short season and is best skied February and March.
