Palau Marine Law requires each diver to carry a Surface Marker Buoy while diving in Palau.

Government permits must be paid on site with cash or card (3.5% surcharge for card payments). Permits are valid for 10 consecutive days and non-transferable.

 KOROR STATE ROCK ISLAND PERMITS (visitors 6 years old and older)
 • Permit with no access to Jellyfish Lake - $50.00 per person 
 • Permit including access to Jellyfish Lake - $100.00 per person 
 Guests wishing to upgrade for access to Jellyfish Lake must pay an additional $75.00 per person.

PELELIU STATE PERMITS (visitors 6 years old and older)
 • Permit for SCUBA Diving - $30.00 per person 
 • Permit for all other water activities - $10.00 per person
